A collection of photos of the 18 GM "071" Class locos all of which remain in service. Now only used on passenger services extremely rarely and the black and silver colours is the "freight" livery. Even then it may be replaced on some freight services by the Class 201s in the near future.

Photos of Class 121 locomotives still in existance. Of the original 15 134 remains at Inchicore out of service while 124 has been presrved by the ITG at Moyasta. 123 was scrapped in May 2008. The rest have been scrapped earlier.

Photos of the 37 strong 141 GM Class - gradually being withdrawn and scrapped. The last 11 are expected to be withdrawn fully in the next year. All others have been scrapped.

Photos of the 12 strong 181 GM class - All except 190 have been scrapped. 190 has been preserved by the ITG at Moyasta..

Photos of 34 GM 201 class delivered including 2 to NIR. Now confined to the Dublin - Cork and Dublin - Belfast services with some moving on to Freight. Nearly all the remaining orange locos are now out of service.

C Class locomotives mainly 226 under restoration at Carrick-on-Suir by Irish Traction Group.

The intercity Rail car fleet that is taking over nearly all Inter City services except Dublin - Cork and Dublin - Belfast. 31 3 car sets and 15 6 Car sets have entered service in 2008/9 (except set 10 & 11) which have returned to the Far East for repair/replacement. A large follow on order has been placed with deliveries starting in 2011.

The first DARTs - Built by Linke-Hofmann-Busch. 40 sets delivered - all have now been upgraded.

The Alstrom DARTS - only 5 sets - out of service a great deal of the time - usually found o.s at Fairview.

The Japanese DARTs - made by Tokyu Car Corporation - 17 4 Car sets - so far.

4 units built by De-Dietrichin service as Push-Pull sets on Dublin - Belfast service.

DBGS - the Converted Mk3 on the Push-Pull trains - 5 units made at Inchicore by CIE in 1988-89.

CAF DBG Van is part of the Mk.4 set - 8 have been delivered and are in service on the Dublin - Cork route. (7 in service - 1 on maintainance most days)

A mixture of the 30xx and 40xx Railcars - 26 3000 Class and 14 4000 Class delivered. The 30xx series have all been extended and some new trams (Series 50xx) are arriving to take over the Stephens Green - Cherrywood Line with the Series 40xx moving to join the Series 30xx Trams on the Tallaght Line and the extension City West.
